Wild by Nature Wedding Photographer

Sam and Amy’s May wedding at Wild by Nature Lower House Farm was a brilliant reminder that a wedding day doesn’t need perfect weather to be perfect. As a Wild by Nature wedding photographer, I loved documenting every part of this relaxed celebration in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside, where rolling fields and leafy surroundings provided a stunning backdrop from start to finish.

They chose my Pine package, which includes a more compact eight hours of coverage, and their gallery is a great example of just how much of the story can still be captured within that timeframe. As a Wild by Nature wedding photographer, I’m always focused on telling the day naturally, whether I’m there for eight hours or from morning until night.

There were little bursts of rain throughout the day, but if anything they made everything feel even more memorable. Guests gathered beneath umbrellas during the ceremony, creating a really unique atmosphere that added character without taking away any of the joy. The colourful bridesmaids' dresses brought an extra pop of colour against the soft countryside backdrop, making every photo feel vibrant despite the changing weather.

As a Wild by Nature wedding photographer, I always keep couple portraits relaxed and natural. Sam and Amy simply wandered through beautiful leafy spots together, chatting and enjoying a few quiet moments away from the celebrations. Those unhurried moments always make for my favourite images.

As the evening got underway, the tower of éclairs from Bristol Éclair was a huge hit, offering a fun alternative to a traditional cake. Then Evelyn and the Shakedown took to the stage and completely filled the dance floor from the first song.

This wedding is a fantastic example of why I love being a Wild by Nature wedding photographer. Whatever the weather, great people, beautiful surroundings and a relaxed approach always make for unforgettable photographs.
